I saw the most beautiful thing today.

Today, Kara and I were sitting on her porch overlooking Pitt Street, and we saw a dad teaching his daughter to ride a bike with no training wheels. She was wobbling down the street on her new bike, kind of weaving back and forth, and her dad was giving her instructions and riding beside her, and I swear, it was the most touching thing to watch. I felt like I was seeing such a happy moment in their life, just for that split second. I wish I had taken a picture… but trust me, it was a perfect sunny-day memory.

I am so damn sentimental sometimes it scares me. Don’t tell anyone.
